Chris Haller, Founder and CEO 
Chris is a nationally-recognized Web developer and Online Engagement practitioner, with a broad background in urban planning and communication technologies. These skills, combined with many years of experience in consulting for urban planning projects, are what brings Urban Interactive Studio's mission – to enhance communication and improve decision-making in urban planning – to life. In April 2011 he was named one of the Top 25 thinkers in Urban Planning Technology by the urban planning magazine Planetizen.
As UIS’ founder, Chris is closely involved in the day-to-day development of interactive Web and mobile applications, as well as EngagingPlans, a place-based, interactive Web site package for planning projects. He designs effective online engagement projects and Social Media strategies for clients, and provides related training when needed. Chris is also founder and publisher of the EngagingCities online magazine, where he writes about trends in Urban Planning and Public Involvement.
Nicole Davis, Communications and Social Media Associate. Nicole is a dedicated project manager with a diverse professional background encompassing marketing, communications, technology, financial services and education industries. Driven by creativity and out-of-the box innovation, Nicole’s experience working with entrepreneurs and non-profit agencies, as well as in the corporate sector has provided her with a unique perspective and approach into serving her constituents. Specializing in communication outreach in various forms ranging from speaker relations to online engagement, Nicole has developed a keen eye for what programs, social media platforms, and other traditional and online solutions will deliver the most value to clients. Alex Kom - Senior Drupal Developer. Alex is a Drupal developer who joined Urban Interactive Studio in January 2011. He studied information systems internet development and eats, sleeps and breathes Drupal. He combines a passion for visual design with his development skills and has a thorough knowledge of the Drupal platform. He also focuses on front-end technologies including XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
